The Contracts Team at PHRI supports all aspects of PHRI’s research and business needs.
Our department supports PHRI by navigating through international laws and national regulations and negotiating with stakeholders such as private and public funding sources, collaborators and investigative sites in more than 100 countries, national leaders’ offices, and service providers.
As well, our department continues to identify, develop and apply efficiencies within our contracts negotiation infrastructure, including establishment and collection of operational performance metrics to forecast volumes, budget needs for legal services, staffing requirements, and achievement of optimal customer service levels.
The work of our contract negotiators and analysts covers the full range of activities from research funding applications, research study planning, start-up, and through study conduct to close-out.
