Two PHRI researchers will be presenting at Late Breaking Clinical Science sessions during Transcatheter Cardiovascular Therapeutics TCT 2022.
On Sunday, September 18th (noon ET) PHRI Scientist Sanjit Jolly will present results from his randomized trial, UNIVERSAL, which investigated ultrasonography guidance for femoral vascular access in cardiac procedures.
Monday, September 19th (2 pm ET) PHRI Senior Scientist Shamir Mehta will present findings on a randomized, double-blind trial of routine early treatment with PCSK-9 inhibitor in patients undergoing primary percutaneous coronary intervention for ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (EPIC STEMI).
