Simultaneous publication by The Lancet journal – in two [full text] articles, one on renal outcomes, the other on CV outcomes as they relate to the REWIND trial – and presentation of the trial’s findings by Dr. Hertzel Gerstein at the American Diabetes Association (ADA) Scientific Sessions in San Francisco happened on June 9, 2019.
